Notice of an issue discovered after the recent game update

Hello, this is 12SKY LAST EMBER operations team.

We have identified an issue with the number of engravings on the 'Soulfrost ring' obtained through event rewards.

This issue is scheduled to be resolved after the upcoming server maintenance, 

and any 'Soulfrost ring' acquired thereafter will have the correct number of 5 engravings applied.

For those who obtained the item before the maintenance, 

it will be replaced with a version that retains the original enchant level and includes the proper 5 engravings.

as we continue working to provide a better gameplay experience.
