Despite our best efforts over the years, we regret that we were unable to fully deliver the experience we initially promised.
After careful consideration and discussion, we have made the difficult decision to terminate the 12SKY Last Ember game service on October 15, 2025.
This decision brings us great sorrow, and we are immensely grateful to every player who has stayed with us until the end.
Though this chapter of 12SKY Last Ember comes to a close,
we will reflect on this experience, learn from our shortcomings, and strive to grow further.

October 15, 15:00 KST 2025 (Wednesday): Game service termination (gameplay no longer available)
Refund Application Period: Until November 15, 2025 (Wednesday)
Application Method: Submit a request through the 12SKY Last Ember Customer Support 1:1 inquiry with the purchase receipt attached
Processing Procedure: Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Terms of Service

we have prepared special events from September 10, 2025, to October 15, 2025.
During this period, the following bonuses and rewards will be available:
